Are You In Control of Your Screen
or Is It
Controlling You?

Our Purpose

Helping families and schools build healthy tech habits for life.

Too much screen time can leave young children and teenagers feeling anxious, distracted, less confident, and disconnected from real life, creativity, and calm. Technology is reshaping how our children learn, play, and connect. Over the past decade, children’s daily screen-time has risen to nearly 5½ hours, while many teenagers now spend over 7 hours a day on their mobile phones.

At Digital Mindfulness, we believe technology can empower, not overwhelm, our children. Through practical tools, expert insights, and community learning, we support parents and educators in guiding children and teenagers to use screens with awareness, empathy, and purpose.
